This machine is custom built to inspect lids of lead acid batteries. It is a specialized machine that performs Terminal Polarity Testing, Leakage Testing around Terminals, and Side Hole Blockage Testing. While moulding is being done, terminal testing is being performed to ensure that the double negative terminal or both negative and positive terminals are fitted (human error). To ensure that the terminal is properly inserted in the mould, leakage testing is performed. After welding, both side vent plug holes are tested to see if there is any blockage in the vent plugs.

To maximize productivity and optimize human resources, we design and manufacture rotary indexing tables that are integrated with our ultrasonic welders. We also perform pre- and post-welding operations, such as testing and poka-yoke assembly. speed of production Depending on the size and geometry of the parts, 40 parts per minute can be achievable.
