In order to fuse thermoplastic components with rotationally symmetric joints, the spin welding process uses heat generated by rotational friction at the joint line. The spin welding machine applies pressure axially while rotating one part against its stationary counterpart, and the resulting friction generates heat that melts the two pieces together.
We offer a wide range of vibration welding machines for small and large interior and exterior automotive parts as well as a variety of industrial parts.
A vibration welder with a high efficiency single phase output amplifier ensures precise and high-quality welding. During the welding process, linear scale is used for precise lift table and melt control. Auto tuning time of 4 seconds, user-friendly touch panel and communication, real-time resonance frequency tracing, auto fixture recognition sensor, and specialized software have all been used. With superior welding strength and quality they are suitable for the automotive, home appliance and plastic appliances industries.
This machine is custom built to inspect lids of lead acid batteries. It is a specialized machine that performs Terminal Polarity Testing, Leakage Testing around Terminals, and Side Hole Blockage Testing. While moulding is being done, terminal testing is being performed to ensure that the double negative terminal or both negative and positive terminals are fitted (human error). To ensure that the terminal is properly inserted in the mould, leakage testing is performed. After welding, both side vent plug holes are tested to see if there is any blockage in the vent plugs.
Ultrasonic welding (USW) is a welding technique that uses ultrasonic vibrations of high frequency to weld the two pieces together. It is most commonly used to weld thermoplastic materials and dissimilar materials.
A high frequency (15 kHz to 40 kHz) ultrasonic vibration is used to join two plastic pieces together. The high-frequency vibration generates heat energy at the interface of the two pieces and melts the material. The melted materials fused with each other to form a strong weld on cooling and solidification.
The typical frequency used is 15, 20, 30, 35 or 40 kHz.
Depending on the application, we offer full wave and half wave ULTRASONIC HORNS made of steel, aluminium, and titanium alloys. We create horns for ultrasonic machines of any brand that operate at 15 kHz, 20 kHz, 30 kHz, 35 kHz, and 40 kHz. Depending on the application, titanium and aerospace-grade aluminium horns can have hard coatings applied for longer life.
We provide a broad range of COMPOSITE HORNS to our customers at market-beating costs. To weld intricate parts, these products are required. Our product line is created at our cutting-edge facility using high-quality raw materials. Before being shipped, these products are quality-tested by our quality auditors and made in accordance with international quality standards.
Our selection of ultrasonic fixtures is made from high-quality raw materials. These goods are crucial to the process of ultrasonic welding. According to the various applications of our customers, we provide fixtures in aluminium, steel, epoxy, nylon, and PU. The variety of our products is thought to make it simple to load and unload parts during production.
To maximize productivity and optimize human resources, we design and manufacture rotary indexing tables that are integrated with our ultrasonic welders. We also perform pre- and post-welding operations, such as testing and poka-yoke assembly.
speed of production Depending on the size and geometry of the parts, 40 parts per minute can be achievable.
Benefits
1. saving space
2. Enhance machine time utilisation
3. A consistent production rate throughout working hours and irrespective of operator skill.
Heat Staking is a joining technology used to join two or more parts, at least one of which is made of plastic. The process uses heat and force to melt and deform the plastic material over a set period of time. The heated plunger with a defined profile cavity descends on the plastic stud. To achieve the desired profile, force is applied to the stud.
It is used to join dissimilar materials and large parts, such as car door trims, air ducts, and the instrument panel in a car.
We are a leading producer of Indigenous Vibration Welding Fixtures.
We design and manufacture fixtures for any brand of vibration welding machine.
The fixtures are made of aluminium alloy and hard steel, as well as PU resin and PU sheet. Aluminium is hard coated to extend its life.
These fixtures are designed by a team of experienced professionals for quick setup on any brand of Vibration Welding Machine.
